Spiritual Gangster Releases New Web Video

Pomegranate client Spiritual Gangster, an Arizona-based yoga brand offering apparel and accessories for men and women, has created a new web video to showcase its latest product offerings.  You'll see plenty of tees, yoga pants, and accessories, but also an energetic illustration of the youthful yoga lifestyle that Spiritual Gangster represents.

The smaller details of this vid reveal a lot about the Spiritual Gangster's character.  Indicators of flash photography and the way on-screen personalities goof off for the camera create a behind-the-scenes feel-- like this is the crew's gag reel from the professional shoot.  It effuses spontaneity and a genuine love of yoga.  This vid makes a nice primer for demonstrating yoga gear as part of a fun, youthful lifestyle brand.

And rather than confine itself to 30 or 60 seconds like a traditional TV spot, the video lives on its own time.  At one minute and twenty-two seconds, this elongated edit clearly embraces web video as a medium unto itself, not as a second screen for TV ads.
